The FAC Pilates Program Director, Diane Caldwell, is certified in Romana's Pilates. Romana Kryzanowska, now in her 80s, is the inheritor of the original Pilates method created by Joseph Pilates. Kryzanowska worked with Joseph Pilates for over 50 years and is considered the master of all Pilates instructors. Diane has structured all of FAC’s introductory sessions around the classic Romana model. This classic approach creates a solid foundation from which participants can then confidently and safely progress. Once the beginner level has been mastered, Pilates clients can embark on a journey that will allow them to experience the full roster of diverse Pilates approaches we offer here at FAC. |
