Welcome to personal Training! FAC is honored to have such experienced and devoted personal trainers for our members.

Each trainer holds a current certification through an internationally recognized health and fitness organization. In addition, many trainers specialize in such areas as post-rehabilitation, injury prevention, pre and post-natal exercise, sports-specific training, weight loss or gain, stress management, novice exercisers, mature populations (40+), and more.
